Jamal Wade Biography
Jamal Wade Johnson is a Hip-Hop/R&B Recording Artist, songwriter, and Recording producer. Also known professionally by his stage name Jamal Wade was (born on April 2,1993), in Tampa Bay, Florida. Wade grew up with four older brothers, along with four older sisters. Wade mother who raised them with his step-father brought Jamal a mic when he turned three, not knowing that he would soon become an inspired artist. Wade grew up listening to well-known artists such as Tupac Shurka (2Pac), Biggie Smalls, Big Daddy Kane, T.I. (TIP), OutKast, Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Ace Hood, Fabolous, Nelly, Kanye West and Jay Z. Wade would soon buy every album he could purchase with savings from his lunch money, chores, and summer jobs to keep up with the current Hip-Hop culture. Wade determination drove him to form a music group by the name of (Team Fresh), which would later include his two best friends that he meets at Benito Middle school during his early childhood. When Wade turned eleven years of age he began his music career he would write rhymes daily in his black and white composition book, listening to online beats from different websites,( Soundclick, BeatsStars, and YouTube to grow and develop his skills on his lyrics. Before Wade use his birth name his formal name was Molly Mal, which he used while being apart of Team Fresh after releasing a series of downloadable songs via YouTube and SoundCloud and a Mixtape titled "Teens of the South"! After the separation of the Team Fresh, Wade founded himself finding his own path into the music industry he would soon graduate high school at the top of the class with honors from Freedom High (2011). With the fans building, Wade then followed up with his phenomenal mixtape titled "The Encounter EP". (Nov 2014), available on Spinrilla using his past stage name "Molly Mal" widely known as a member of Team Fresh, his former Rap Group. Following the disbanding of Team Fresh, Wade decided to grow with his birth name through this time Wade suffered from a brother being murder during a home invasion, which set him back on his musical journey. Shortly following that Wade took personal time off from the music to study the music industry more in-depth in other references such as learning more about Copyright laws, BMI (Broadcasting Music Incorporation), Entertainment Lawyers and TuneCore. Following that Wade released his highly anticipated single "Stay On Point" in (2015). Followed by the single's "Tell Me" & "Flaming Up" (2017 & 2018) available on all streaming platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, Iheartradio, TIDAL, Deezer, Slacker Radio, Amazon Music, Google Play, and Pandora,etc!
